Here is a wonderful source for opt-in mailing lists of ALL kinds. The lists these people offer are people who have ASKED to receive information on all kinds of things, from internet marketing to mlm or businesses from home.

You can sign up for any of these lists, see what you get by way of email, since other people 'rent' these lists too, and then, you can design a series of messages, like a series of 'dates' that will help you determine which of these might be right ones, without ever hearing 'no.'

They're lists of people who have ASKED to receive information on a specific topic, e.g. entertainment, sports, health, pets, etc. So there's a list for almost any topic imaginable. Each person on a specific list has opted-in, i.e. ASKED to be on the list to receive free, and presumably, relevant, timely and interesting information about that topic. Ergo, the name opt-in mailing list.

There are all kinds of lists, some with tens of thousands of members/subscribers. Including all kinds of home based, internet businesses.

Anyone can sign up for any of these lists, usually free. The names on these lists are available for rent, to marketers who want to reach certain groups with their message. You can, of course, do that very thing and target your potential audience.

Cost to rent these names? .20-.25cents per name, depending on how many you rent for an emailing. There's often a minimum order of US$100-$200.
(Remember that those who respond to you become part of YOUR private opt-in list and you don't pay for them if you email them again. See 'creating your private opt-in list' )

Before you rent names on any list, join a few of them yourself to see what email you receive from people who market to those groups.
